- Services such as grooming, boarding, day care, online appointments, live vet consultations, and vaccinations are subject to availability.
- My Pet Hospital reserves the right to update prices, services, and terms without prior notice.
2. Services
Grooming, Boarding, and Day Care
- Services can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly.
- Advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
- Pets availing boarding and day care services will be assessed for temperament to ensure a safe environment for all pets.
- Special care instructions for your pet must be communicated at the time of booking.
Vaccination Services
- Proof of prior vaccinations is not required if vaccinations are being administered by My Pet Hospital.
- If vaccinations are administered elsewhere, please provide details during the consultation for record-keeping purposes.
Online Appointments & Live Vet Consultations
- Appointments for online or live vet consultations can be booked through our website.
- Rescheduling or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Veterinary advice provided during consultations is based on the information shared by the pet owner. For critical conditions, in-person consultations may be recommended.
3. Orders & Payments
- Payment for services or products must be made in advance at the time of booking or purchase.
- Accepted payment methods include online transfers, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment options.
4. Delivery Policy
- Free delivery is offered within designated areas of Karachi as per our Shipping Policy.
- Orders placed between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM will be delivered within 4 hours. Orders after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Courier services may be used for deliveries outside the free delivery zones within Karachi, and applicable charges will apply.
5. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

- Refunds or replacements for services or products are processed under specific conditions outlined in the policy.
6. Customer Responsibilities

8. Limitation of Liability
- My Pet Hospital is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages occurring during grooming, boarding, or day care services unless resulting from negligence on our part.
- All veterinary advice provided during live or online consultations is based on the information shared by the customer. Outcomes may vary, and we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances.

My Pet Hospital reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be resolved in courts within Pakistan.
